how can i set my dish tv antenna?
my dish tv"s antenna has changed directions due to wind.how can i realighen it?
doing yourself will not be the best, but you can do it pretty close
in the main menu of your receiver, select "setup", then "installation", then "point dish". type in your zip code, and this will give you the coordinates to point the dish. the numbers refer to what is called the "polar plate" on the back of the dish. elevation is given in degrees above the horizon, azimuth is give in reference to north/south (180=straight south, 170=10 degrees off straight south, towards the east, etc.), and skew is a rotational degree (90 is straight up and down, and anything else makes it a little cockeyed).
but this will only get you in the general direction. it will probably work, but it will cut out a lot. you need a professional to re-point it to get the best accuracy.

Last, but not least, the Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole uses Ritz crackers to give this broccoli dish an added flavor and flare.
JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE
1 egg
1 stick oleo
1 can whole kernel corn, juice and all
1 can creamed style corn
1 Jiffy cornbread mix
8-oz sour cream
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
ZUCCHINI CHILIES CASSEROLE
4 cups zucchini, sliced thin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup green chilies, seeded and diced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil an 8 x 8-inch baking pan or dish; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the zucchini, oil and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If browning too quickly, cover with aluminum foil. Cut into squares to serve.
GOLDEN CRUMB BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This recipe is an old Southern Indiana church recipe.
6 cups cut-up broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp pimento, cut up
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan barely cover broccoli with salted water. Cook about 10 minutes. Drain broccoli and place in a casserole dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the broccoli. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
