How can i fix cookie dough that turned out bready?
My cookie dough turned out bready without me finding out first. i put my cookies in the oven like normal and they turned out mostly like a chocolate chip scone. LOL so i forze the 2nd half of the batter like i always do, but now i want to know if i can fix that batch, so i can have my lovely choco chop cookies, instead of scones. am i going to have to through the dough out?
how do i know if the consistency is right after it's at room temperature?
You need more oil in the mix....
Shortnening or butter, you choose.
Only at room temp can you now determine if the dough is moist enough to prevent cake-like cookies.
